Ys VIII, Ys IX and TLOH / Trails games have gotten both critical acclaim and pretty good sales figures in the west too... So i'm hopeful they will deliver this one to us. They did give us Ys Origin too.

-- Ys VI (The Ark of Napishtim) in Europe published by Konami for Playstation 2 was like the 2nd Ys game since YS 1 on Sega Master System to be released in Europe. Also i think they used the same game engine for Oath in Felghana and Origin as well. *

Ys 8 // Lacrimosa of Dana is actually pushing the boundary of becoming somewhat overrated. Ys 6 is still my personal favorite so games that look and feel similar to it are my preference, namely Ys 3 and Ys O. *

Oath in Felghana is actually a remake of Wanderers from Ys. On Mega Drive / Genesis, the music was pretty good. *
